Vicious Rumors is an American power metal band formed in 1979 in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Founded by Geoff Thorpe, the band has been active on the metal scene since its inception in 1979. Vicious Rumors is recognized for its guitar work and harmonies, as well as the variety of its tracks.
