Daniel Quine Auerbach (nato il 14 febbraio 1979) è un cantautore, chitarrista e produttore discografico statunitense, noto soprattutto per essere il cofondatore e frontman del duo blues rock The Black Keys. Nato a Akron, Ohio, Auerbach ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale all'età di 16 anni, formando i The Black Keys con Patrick Carney nel 2001. Il loro sound, caratterizzato da riff di chitarra blues intensi, ritmi contagiosi e testi diretti, ha conquistato rapidamente un seguito di appassionati. Auerbach è considerato uno dei chitarristi più influenti della scena rock contemporanea, apprezzato per la sua tecnica virtuosistica e il suo stile unico.
