Julien Doré è un cantautore francese nato ad Alès nel 1982. Discendente del celebre pittore Gustave Doré, ha conquistato la quinta edizione del talent show televisivo Nouvelle Star nel 2007, lanciando la sua carriera musicale. Il suo album d'esordio, "Ersatz", pubblicato nel giugno 2008, ottenne un grande successo di pubblico e critica, raggiungendo le prime posizioni della classifica francese.
