Riverso is a musical project born in 2022 from the idea of musician and composer Lodovico Rossi. After several publications under his own name and numerous collaborations in the independent scene, including that with Paolo Benvegnù for the album "La misura dell'equilibrio dei Mulholland Drive" (a band founded by Lodovico in 2014), Rossi decides to return to his roots, transforming his childhood home in Umbria into a recording studio. Here, a new path of sonic and poetic research takes shape, shared with Giacomo Calli, a friend and sound engineer, member of the international collective 42stems specializing in music for cinema, video games, theater and dance. From this collaboration is born Riverso and the first album, "Non so nulla degli dèi" (April 2023), preceded by the single "Lebalene". Lodovico Rossi has been playing piano and guitar since he was a child. After moving to Milan, he studied singing and composition at the CPM Institute and today teaches singing at a music school in Città di Castello (PG). Alongside music, he also pursues his passion for natural wine, with a certification as a taster and a constant search for small artisanal realities. The debut album "Non so nulla degli dèi" is a journey suspended between utopia and dystopia, where songwriting and electronics meet in an essential and contemporary language. In 2024 Riverso begins work on the new project, experimenting with intertwining electronics, songwriting and influences from various genres. Sounds, timbres and words blend to create authentic and experimental atmospheres, capable of dialoguing with tradition. In October 2025, the single "La città d'acciaio" was released by the independent label Gallia Music, available on all major digital platforms. Gallia Music is a reality that supports and promotes innovative projects in the Italian alternative scene, with particular attention to sonic research and artistic identity.
