Duemilaventicinque chi c'è qui con me
e sui ciliegi torneranno i fiori
e la riporterò lungo le strade
ed uscire fuori a ballare
La musica dell'anima
la musica dell'anima
soul music, soul music
reagisce e pensa
sogna e scrive, viva la libertà
ognuno cerca un giorno nuovo
che sta davanti a se
non c'è distanza impercorribile
per chi vuol vivere
è legge di natura che non cambia
il giorno ricomincia ogni mattina
ricostruiremo meglio anche di prima
ed usciremo fuori a ballare
La musica dell'anima
la musica dell'anima
soul music, soul music
everybody, everybody, everybody
la musica dell'anima
La musica dell'anima
la musica dell'anima
soul music, soul music
e non vedo l'ora
e non vedo l'ora
la musica dell'anima
e non vedo l'ora
la musica dell'anima
e tornerà di moda la felicità
e tornerà di moda la felicità
soul music, soul music
Jovanotti, real name Lorenzo Cherubini (Rome, September 27, 1966), is an Italian singer-songwriter considered one of the most influential figures in contemporary Italian music. His career began in the 1980s, launched by Claudio Cecchetto, and was characterized by a blend of rap and world music, always interpreted in an hip hop and funky style. Over the years, Jovanotti has progressively evolved his musical style, moving closer to the Italian songwriting tradition with lyrics that address philosophical, religious, and political themes. Alongside his musical career, Jovanotti has distinguished himself for his strong social and political commitment. A convinced pacifist, he has collaborated with organizations such as Emergency, Amnesty International, the Anti-Vivisection League (LAV), Nigrizia, and Data. He participated in demonstrations against public debt in the 1990s and in the movements No Excuses and Make Poverty History, taking part in Live8. Among his most representative songs are "My Girl", "Without Fear", "The Postman", "Boy of the Sea" and "The Essential".

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
