Oh my love

Oh my love
Look and see
The Sun rising from the river
Nature's miracle once more
Will light the world

But this light
Is not for those men
Still lost in
An old black shadow
Won't you help me to believe
That they will see

A day
A brighter day
When all the shadows
Will fade away
That day I'll cry
That I believe
That I believe

Oh my love
High above us
The Sun now
Embraces Nature
And from Nature we should learn
That all can start again
As the stars must fade away
To give a bright new day

Thank you because you correct this lyrics

Biografia

Riz Ortolani (Riziero Ortolani), born in Rome on June 10, 1926, and died there on March 3, 2014, was an internationally renowned Italian composer and conductor. Known primarily for his film and television scores, he composed music for over 200 films, including masterpieces of Italian cinema such as Federico Fellini's "La dolce vita" (1960) and Sergio Leone's "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966). Ortolani collaborated with directors from different eras and genres, ranging from neorealism to spaghetti westerns, from comedy to horror. Among his most celebrated works are "La canzone del sole", the theme song for Dino Risi's film "Il sorpasso" (1962), and "L'uomo che amava le donne", the soundtrack for the film of the same name (1970) by Sergio Corbucci. Ortolani won numerous awards for his music, including the David di Donatello in 1964 for the score of "Il giorno più bello" and the Nastro d'Argento in 1968 for that of "La notte dei serpenti". His music is characterized by a blend of catchy melodies, sophisticated orchestral arrangements, and influences from jazz and pop. In addition to film scores, Ortolani also composed music for theater, ballet, and television.
