Desde los 14 años1 se dedicó a grabar canciones de rap. En 1990 formó junto con Emmanuel Horvilleur el dúo de rap Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas. También colaboró con la mexicana Julieta Venegas para su nuevo álbum Limón y Sal en la canción "Primer día". Colaboró también con la banda C-Funk para su álbum Joya en la canción "Amigo" En 2008 fue conductor del reality show de MTV Latinoamérica La Zona de Combate. En 2010 lanza el sencillo "Mostro", el cual gana el premio Quiero al mejor video urbano 2010. Seguido de los sencillos Pa'Tras y Cobra (Tema lanzado de forma gratuita en su sitio web). y ahora en 2011 prepara su videoclip de "Pyramide" junto al DVD "Dios antes nadaba todos los estilos". También vuelve a MTV en 2010, en las grabaciones de MTV in studio, Coca Cola Interactive music presentado 6 temas: En la mia, El apagon, Abarajame, H.M.P, Mostro y Cachivache.
