Udo Lindenberg (born 1946) is a German singer-songwriter, musician, and artist considered one of the most important figures in German rock music. Born in Gronau, Germany, Lindenberg began his career in the 1960s as a singer in blues and rock bands. In 1973, he released his debut album, "Udo Lindenberg", which launched him onto the German music scene. Known for his provocative style, energetic performances, and often political lyrics, Lindenberg has sold millions of records worldwide.
