Andrea Mandelli nasce in Ucraina e trascorre diversi anni in orfanotrofio, esperienza che lo porta a iniziare a cantare, fin da piccolo, spinto dalla solitudine. Arrivato in Italia con una famiglia adottiva, inizia il suo percorso di studi nel canto. Con il tempo, comprende l'importanza di fare esperienza, oltre allo studio, così decide di iscriversi a vari concorsi canori. Studia con Cecilia Antonello e Rossella Sibio, per poi proseguire sotto la guida di Luca Jurman. Vince il Festival Voci d'Oro di Montecatini, concorso che ha visto crescere molti artisti emergenti. Nel 2019 è al Tour Music Fest, uno dei più grandi contest di canto, con una giuria d'eccezione composta, a livello internazionale, dai membri del Berklee College of Music di Boston rappresentati da Kara Dioguardi, produttrice di artisti come Cher, Anastasia, Lady Gaga e per l'Italia dal maestro Mogol. Andrea vince sia il premio per la miglior interpretazione europea che il titolo assoluto, ottenendo così l'opportunità di sviluppare ulteriori percorsi artistici, inclusa una borsa di studio. Nel 2022 partecipa ad Amici di Maria De Filippi, dove ha l'occasione di affinare ulteriormente le sue abilità studiando con grandi artisti. Nel settembre 2024, è ospite al Teatro Greco di Taormina per la manifestazione Una Ragazza per il Cinema. Attualmente, continua il suo percorso artistico con live, dedicandosi allo studio e alla produzione musicale. Per l'estate 2025 viene pubblicato "Tutti sanno tutto" canzone che invita a riflettere sulla tentazione di rimanere nella comfort zone del "meglio lasciar perdere" e sulla reale voglia di cambiare o agire, che spesso si perde nella banalità, nel cinismo o nella paura di fallire. Dopo un tour estivo e autunnale in diverse città e piazze italiane, Andrea Mandelli torna a pubblicare musica inedita con "Un Bacio Ancora" singolo che esce in contemporanea nel giorno del suo compleanno.
