Gatto Panceri, real name Luigi Giovanni Maria Panceri (Monza, May 26, 1962), is an Italian singer-songwriter known for his musical style that blends elements of songwriting, rock and pop. Raised in Concorezzo, Gatto Panceri debuted at the Sanremo Music Festival in 1986 under the pseudonym Gigi Panceri, performing the song "Scherzi della vita" in the New Proposals section.
