Hanzo is an Italian rapper born and raised in the province of Bari. Since his adolescence, he has been passionate about black music in all its forms, from reggae to posse to hip hop. In the 1990s, he also explored genres like electronic music and funk-metal crossover rock, approaching the world of played music for the first time. He begins writing rhymes with his partner Elmarsica, giving life to the group "Frequenza Mista", with an instrumental line-up that leads him to perform his first concerts. Subsequently, he collaborates with 7peccati, starting his first real musical productions. He participates in important genre events, sharing the stage with international artists such as Wu-Tang Clan, Afu-ra, Group Home, Evidence, Das Efx and Refugee Camp (Wyclef Jean), as well as prominent Italian names like Assalti Frontali, Cor Veleno, Kaos, Colle der Fomento, Bassi Maestro, Stokka, Madbuddy, Tormento and La Famiglia.
