Children of Bodom is a Finnish heavy metal band formed in 1993. Founded by Alexi Laiho, the group achieved international fame thanks to their melodic and aggressive sound, a mix of death metal, power metal and melodeath. Among the most representative songs are "Downfall", "Are You Dead Yet?" and "Everytime I Die".
