Charles Frederick Kip Winger, known professionally as Kip Winger, is an American musician born in 1961. He is best known as the frontman and bassist of the hard rock band Winger, active since 1987. Before dedicating himself fully to music, Winger studied acting at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York.
