Ailleurs
jusqu'? ce que la lune tombe
Ce soir-l?
elle 'tait pleine la lune
et me lorgnait droit
jusque dans le coeur
1, 2, 3
et d'autres mots que l'on, que l'on dit tout bas
tourn? vers l'intàrieur
Ailleurs
Away
pr's des f?es
dans la nuit 'toil?e
jusqu'? ce que la lune tombe
jusqu'? ce que la lune fonde
jusqu'? ce que la lune tombe
Les Rita Mitsouko are a French pop rock duo active from 1980 to 2008, formed by guitarist Fred Chichin and singer Catherine Ringer. The duo first performed at the Gibus Club in Paris in 1980. Their sound, characterized by a mix of energetic rock, electronic influences, and often ironic and provocative French lyrics, quickly won over the French public. Among the group's most famous songs are "Marcia Baila", "C'est comme ça", "Les Mains en l'air" and "Andy". Fred Chichin was a fundamental element in the creation of the Rita Mitsouko sound, with his powerful electric guitar and catchy melodies. Catherine Ringer, on the other hand, stands out for her raspy and charismatic voice, capable of passing from delicate tones to passionate screams. The group has released numerous successful albums, including "The No Comprendo" (1986), "Acides et Alcalins" (1989) and "Les Rita Mitsouko" (1992). Les Rita Mitsouko have collaborated with artists such as Jean-Jacques Goldman and Alain Souchon. Their music has influenced several generations of French and international musicians, solidifying their status as icons of French rock.
