Tullio De Piscopo is an Italian drummer, singer-songwriter, percussionist and bandleader born in Naples in 1950. Considered one of the greatest Italian drummers of all time, he has collaborated with artists such as Mina, Elton John, Lucio Dalla, Pino Daniele and many others. He is known for his energetic and innovative style, which blends elements of jazz, funk, rock and traditional Italian music. De Piscopo has released numerous albums throughout his career, including "Tullio De Piscopo" (1978), "Sotto il sole" (1980) and "La vita è bella" (1992). Among his most famous songs are "L'uomo che non c'è", "Il mio amico", "Perdere l'amore" and "Non mi arrendo mai". De Piscopo has won numerous awards, including a Gold Record for his career.
