Gyllene Tider is a Swedish pop band formed in Helsingborg in 1977. Considered one of the most important Scandinavian pop groups, they achieved national and international success in the 1980s with songs like "Här kommer solen", "Det är din tur" and "En dag i taget". The group consists of Per Gessle (vocals, guitar), Micke Andersson (guitar), Anders Herrlin (bass) and Jonas Nilsson (drums). Among their most notable albums are "The Heartland Cafe" (1980), "GT25 Samtliga Hits!" (2007) and "Konstpaus" (1984). After a break in the 1990s, Gyllene Tider reunited in 2000 for a successful tour. Per Gessle has continued to pursue a highly successful solo career, while the band members have collaborated on various musical projects.
