Os Mutantes are a Brazilian musical group formed in São Paulo in 1966, considered one of the pillars of the Tropicália movement, a cultural and musical current that blended elements of psychedelic rock, bossa nova and samba with political and social influences. The group consisted of Rita Lee (vocals), Sérgio Dias (guitar) and Arnaldo Baptista (keyboards). Their music, characterized by ironic and experimental lyrics, had a significant impact on the Brazilian music scene of the 1960s and 1970s. Among Os Mutantes' most representative songs are "A Minha Menina", "Panis et Circenses" and "Ando Meio Desligado".
