Marie Claire D'Ubaldo è una cantautrice argentina nata a Buenos Aires. Attiva dal 1980, si distingue per la sua voce potente e versatile, capace di spaziare tra pop, rock e musica latina. Il suo primo album, *Alma de Barro* (1983), le ha regalato il successo internazionale con il brano *The Rhythm Is Magic*. D'Ubaldo è nota anche per aver interpretato una versione originale di *Falling into You*, canzone poi resa celebre da Céline Dion. Nel corso della sua carriera ha collaborato con diversi artisti argentini e internazionali, contribuendo a diffondere la musica latina in tutto il mondo.
