Solefald is a Norwegian avant-garde metal band formed in Oslo in August 1995 by Lars Are "Lazare" Nedland and Cornelius Jakhelln. Nedland handled vocals, keyboards, synthesizers, and piano, while Jakhelln played guitar and bass.
