Il Socio Unico è un gruppo musicale italiano formatosi nel 2024. Il progetto nasce dall'idea di Luca Collodoro, musicista e frontman, che dopo esperienze nella scena musicale italiana e londinese decide di assumere il pieno controllo del suo percorso artistico. Collodoro coinvolge Roberto La Monica e Andrea Farina, creando una band dal suono netto e sincero, senza compromessi. Le sonorità di Il Socio Unico sono la colonna sonora per le emozioni contrastanti della vita: dure e graffianti ma allo stesso tempo morbide e intense. Il primo singolo, "SENTINELLA IMMOBILE", è uscito a giugno 2024 su Needa Records, distribuito da Virgin/Universal Music Group. La canzone fa parte di un album registrato al Zen Arcade di Cesare Basile con la produzione artistica di Giusi Jp Passalacqua e il fonico Sebastiano D’Amico. Il progetto è prodotto da Il Socio Unico e Guido Andreani, masterizzato da Alessandro “Gengy” Di Guglielmo allo Zenith Area di Monza. Giusto Correnti (ex batterista di Dimartino, La Rappresentante di Lista, Luci della Centrale Elettrica, Black Eyed Dog, Nicolo` Carnesi, Maria Antonietta, Fabrizio Cammarata) ha partecipato alla registrazione e alla stesura dei brani.
