Tommy Roland Shaw (born April 19, 1953) is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter best known for being a founding member and lead vocalist of the rock band Styx. Shaw helped define Styx's musical identity in the 1970s and 1980s with his powerful vocals and memorable guitar riffs. Among his most famous songs are "Come Sail Away", "Renegade" and "Babe".
