Im goin down for the first time
I cant see, its a state of my mind
Believin you
Is gonna be the end of me
You dont seem to realise
All the signs, cant you recognise?
I need you
But are you needin me?
Donnez-moi
Oh, give it to me
Donnez-moi
Ah, you know I want it
Donnez-moi
Come on and give it to me
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Donnez, donnez, donnez...
Its been a while since you came inside
Held me close and talked for a while
Baby, dont let me drift away
Im going down for the last time
Wont you please throw me a line?
I need you
But are you needin me?
Donnez-moi
Oh, give it to me
Donnez-moi
I feel my passion through it
Donnez-moi
Ah, Im uncontrollable
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Come on and do it to me
Donnez-moi
Yes, I really want it
Donnez-moi
I taste the ? ? ? ? ?
Donnez-moi
Ive got to catch my breath
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Tu penses jamais
Oh, alone, without you
The signs of discontent,
Misgivings, delusions
No reason to believe
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Gonna read your mind
Donnez, donnez, donnez...
Im going down for the last time
Wont you please throw me a line?
Oh, baby, dont let me drift away
Donnez-moi
Oh, give it to me
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Bring that power to me
Donnez-moi
Come on, I really feel it
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Je viens, je viens, je viens
Donnez-moi
Im feelin, wantin
Donnez-moi
I want to feel your heat
Donnez-moi
Baise-moi
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Oh, give it to me
Donnez-moi
Oh, I want it
Donnez-moi, donnez-moi
Im full of wantin baby
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it
Dusty Springfield, born Mary Isabel Catherine Bernadette O'Brien (London, April 16, 1939 – Henley-on-Thames, March 2, 1999), was a British singer whose impact on the history of British fashion and popular music in the 20th century is comparable to that of Mina in Italy or Dalida in France. Mary was the second daughter of Gerard and Catherine (Kay) O'Brien, Irish immigrants settled in one of the working-class neighborhoods on the north outskirts of London. She grew up in the suburb of Ealing and already as a child earned the nickname Dusty for her tomboyish attitude. She inherited her passion for music from her maternal grandfather, who encouraged her to listen to authors like George Gershwin, Richard Rodgers, Cole Porter, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and Glenn Miller. Her musical role model as a girl was Peggy Lee. In 1958 she left school and, responding to an advertisement in a newspaper, joined the Lana Sisters group. Thanks to this experience, she learned vocal harmony and stage work. In 1960 she began her solo career under the stage name Dusty Springfield, achieving immediate success with songs like "I Only Want to Be with You" and "Stay Awhile". Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, she gained international fame thanks to albums like "Dusty in Memphis" (1969), considered a masterpiece of British soul. Her powerful voice, her elegant style, and her ability to interpret pop, soul, and rhythm and blues songs with great sensitivity made her one of the most admired artists of her generation. Dusty Springfield was also a pioneer for women in music, challenging gender norms and achieving lasting success despite the difficulties of the music world.

Do we want to define "I know you know me" a masterpiece? Yes, without a shadow of a doubt for at least two reasons. The first and most evident are the artists who interpret it: Caroline Spence and Matt Berninger, second for the deep and poetic text.
My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
