Skinlab è una band di groove metal formatasi nel 1994 a San Francisco, California. I membri fondatori erano il vocalist/bassista Steev Esquivel (ex cantante della band thrash locale Defiance), il chitarrista Mike Roberts (ora con RAZE the STRAY), il chitarrista Gary Wendt (ex membro della band thrash Sacrilege B.C. e attuale frontman del gruppo alt/metal The Ghost Next Door) e il batterista Paul Hopkins.
