Duman is a Turkish rock band formed in 1998 in Istanbul. The group, consisting of Emrah Karakaya (vocals), Mehmet Akatay (guitar), Batuhan Demir (bass) and Volkan Caner (drums), gained widespread popularity in Turkey during the 2000s with an alternative rock sound influenced by grunge and hard rock.
