Pierfrancesco Madeo è un cantautore italiano nato il 28 marzo 1984 a Longobucco (CS). La sua passione per la musica lo ha portato a frequentare la scuola musicale Giuseppe Verdi di Rossano Calabro, dove si è specializzato in tecnica vocale. Nonostante una diagnosi di distrofia muscolare, Madeo non ha mai smesso di inseguire il suo sogno. Ha iniziato a partecipare a festival e concorsi musicali fin da giovane, ottenendo successi importanti come la vittoria al concorso Armonia fra le note nel 2005 e il premio Cantautore assegnato dalla F.I.D.A.P.A. nel 2006. Nel corso della sua carriera ha collaborato con artisti di calibro nazionale, tra cui Francesco Renga, ed è stato finalista a importanti competizioni come Sanremo Rock, Una Voce per Sanremo e Hyundai Music Awards. Nel 2010 ha raggiunto le selezioni finali del Festival di Sanremo nella categoria Nuova Generazione. Nel 2009 ha pubblicato il suo primo album professionale, *Magma*, seguito da *Utopia* nel 2013. La sua musica è caratterizzata da testi introspettivi e melodie orecchiabili che spaziano tra pop, rock e cantautorato italiano. Tra i suoi brani più noti figurano *Sento*, *Tracce di te*, *Angelo* e *Angeli di un Sogno*.
