But the shadows that he threw me were intended to deceive.

Eric Norman Woolfson (18 March 1945 – 2 December 2009) was a Scottish singer-songwriter, lyricist, executive producer, pianist, and co-founder of The Alan Parsons Project. He collaborated with Alan Parsons on a series of successful albums throughout the 1970s and 1980s, characterized by complex arrangements and poetic lyrics that explored philosophical and social themes. Among their most famous tracks are "Eye in the Sky", "Sirius" and "Games People Play". Besides his work with Parsons, Woolfson also composed music for film and theatre, demonstrating notable artistic versatility.
