Fair Warning is a German hard rock band formed in Hannover in 1990. Founding member Ule W. Ritgen (bass guitar) was formerly known from the group Zeno. Lead singer Tommy Heart is also a member of Soul Doctor. Fair Warning's sound is characterized by powerful guitar riffs and catchy melodies, with influences from classic '70s hard rock and AOR.
