Halfway round the world

(How come you came
Halfway round the world?)

I know it's only really nothing
But it feels like something big
I wish I'd done something important
That you could dig
Can you dig?

How come you came halfway round the world?
How come you came halfway round the world?

I know for you it's really nothing
Your love must feel like something sacred
But you don't know how well I could take that
Oh it's a pig
Can you dig?

How come you came halfway round the world? (Oh baby baby)
How come you came halfway round the world?

(Tell me tell me tell me tell me
I need to hear it from you
I need to feel it from you
What you're doing yeah)

Yeah yeah
How come you came halfway round the world?

I know that I should really phone you
But you went to Barcelona
Maybe you think that I would want to own you
But I don't
And I won't (Promise)

Can you dig?
Can you dig?
Can you dig?
Can you dig?

That's why we went halfway round the world
That's why we went halfway round the world
That's why we went halfway round the world
You're gonna come with me?
That's why we went halfway round the world

Can you dig?
Can you dig?
Can you dig?
Can you dig?

That's why we went halfway round the world
That's why we went halfway round the world
That's why we went halfway round the world
You're gonna come with me?
That's why we went halfway round the world
