(Timothy B. Schmit)
When I last saw you I couldn't find a reason why
I felt kind o' blue watching you
Hello my sweet friend I've come to sing a lullaby
Can I make amends or should I try
Ooo - Mama can't you see it's not the same
Lookin' back behind A-can't start anew
But then here we go again
Searching back to you I've finally come to realize
When we were as two - tellin' lies
Livin' so afraid we never read between the lines
It's different from today - the sun, it shines
When I first saw you I knew I couldn't change my mind
Twisted point of view - another kind
But love is what we choose and not for us to reason why
Sometimes love we lose and never try
Ooh - Could it really be it's not the same
Lookin' back behind is such a silly game
But here we go again
Poco is an American folk rock band formed in the late 1960s by Richie Furay, Jim Messina, and Rusty Young, former members of Buffalo Springfield. Their sound, characterized by country and bluegrass influences, has garnered a devoted following in the United States. Although commercial success was not constant, Poco achieved several Top 20 chart placements. After an initial split in 1984, the band reunited on several occasions and continues to perform today. Their debut album, *Pickin' Up the Pieces* (1969), and the self-titled follow-up in 1970 failed to achieve the desired success. With the 1973 album *Crazy Eyes*, which reached number 38, Poco reached its commercial peak. After leaving their record label two albums later, the band continued to record and perform with a loyal following.

Do we want to define "I know you know me" a masterpiece? Yes, without a shadow of a doubt for at least two reasons. The first and most evident are the artists who interpret it: Caroline Spence and Matt Berninger, second for the deep and poetic text.
My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
