LIIA, all'anagrafe Livia Jurickova, è una cantautrice slovacca naturalizzata italiana. Cresciuta in un ambiente musicale, a soli 7 anni inizia a partecipare ad un ensemble di musica sacra e durante l'adolescenza si dedica al teatro. Per perfezionare la sua tecnica vocale e ampliare i suoi orizzonti artistici, diventa frontwoman di una swing band e di un gruppo pop rock, collaborando con artisti slovacchi come Juraj Topor. La sua passione per le arti non si limita al canto: studia danza e recitazione alla Beverly Hills Playhouse di Los Angeles. In Italia, si dedica anima e cuore alla scrittura di brani inediti, traendo ispirazione dai suoi vissuti e dalle esperienze travagliate del passato. Nel 2020 dà vita al suo progetto solista, fondendo il suo background a produzioni contemporanee dal gusto raffinato, capaci di enfatizzare la sua sensibilità ed eclettismo. La musica di LIIA è romantica, una carezza sensoriale che sfiora le corde del cuore con la delicatezza di un tocco sospeso tra indie, soul e pop. Il suo primo EP, "Flowering Trees", è un scrigno di cinque canzoni sorretto dal fil rouge delle imperfezioni e delle emozioni umane. LIIA esplora temi come solitudine, allontanamento e mal d'amore, dando spazio alla positività e alla speranza.
