David Soul, born David Richard Solberg (October 28, 1943), is an American-born British actor and singer. Best known for his role as Sergeant Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson in the television police series *Starsky and Hutch* (1975–1979), alongside Paul Michael Glaser, Soul also directed several episodes of the show.
