Crystal Kay Williams (Yokohama, February 26, 1986) is a Japanese singer of Afro-Japanese descent. Considered a pioneer among second-generation artists in Japan, Crystal Kay has achieved great success in the Japanese music scene thanks to her powerful and versatile voice, capable of ranging from R and B to pop, passing through hip hop and soul influences. Her career began at the age of 15 with the debut album "For Your Love", which was an immediate success. Over the years, Crystal Kay has collaborated with numerous Japanese and international artists, including Namie Amuro, Snoop Dogg and Busta Rhymes. In addition to music, Crystal Kay has also ventured into voice acting, lending her voice to characters in anime such as "Pokémon: Giratina and the Sky Warrior", where she also sang the closing theme song for the original version of the film. Among her most representative songs are "Candy Love", "Koi no Uta" and "Give It Up". Crystal Kay continues to be an influential figure in the Japanese music world, inspiring new generations of artists.
