Altered Images were a Scottish new wave/post-punk band active in the early 1980s. Led by lead singer Clare Grogan, the group achieved popularity with their most well-known hit "Happy Birthday". After the end of Altered Images, Clare Grogan continued to work as an actress and solo singer.
