I need you to hold me
I need you to help me
I needed all those things and more
But I look out a window
I saw the sun setting
Things don't make sense anymore
If only we could find the time
Find the perfect place
But I'm shaking
In the shade
If we could find the time
If we could find the place
I'd like to see your face
Moving away from the spotlight
We don't have to make no sense
We don't have to get it right
It's not what we give away
It's what we keep inside
But now I'm not so certain
I've lost all my ambition
And all the drive I had before
I need you to hold me
I need you to help me
I needed all those things and more
If only we could find the time
Find the perfect place
But I'm shaking / In the shade
If we could find the time
If we could find the place
I'd like to see your face
Moving away from the spotlight
We don't have to make no sense
We don't have to get it right
It's not what we give away
But what we keep inside
