Magtens Korridorer is a Danish band formed in Copenhagen in 1995. The group describes itself as a mix of rock and poetic post-punk, characterized by introspective lyrics and dark atmospheres. The original lineup consisted of Johan Olsen (vocals), Rasmus Kern (guitar), Niklas Schneidermann (guitar), Terkel Mohl (bass) and Anders Ramhede (drums). Magtens Korridorer has released several albums, including "Magtens Korridorer" (1997), "Det Uendelige Rum" (2000) and "Den Fortabte Verden" (2003), gaining a following of fans in Scandinavia. Their sound has been influenced by bands like Joy Division, The Cure and Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds.
