Le bonhomme lui reproche

Un petit poisson d'avril.
Mais s'il attrape une ondine,
L'une de ces gourgandines,
Femme mi-chair mi-poisson,
Le polisson -
Coup de théâtre - dévore
Tout cru le bel animal :
Une cure de phosphore,
Ça peut pas faire de mal.
Quand il mourra, quand la Parque
L'emmènera dans sa barque,
En aval et en amont,
Truites, saumons,
Le crêpe à la queue sans doute,
L'escorteront chagrinés,
Laissant la rivière toute
Vide, désempoissonnée.
Lors, tombés dans la disette,
Repliant leurs épuisettes,
Tout penauds, tout pleurnicheurs,
Les vrais pêcheurs
Rentreront chez eux bredouilles
Danser devant le buffet,
Se faisant traiter d'andouilles
Par leur compagne. Bien fait !
