Let Me Go My Merry Way
By Charlie Rich
I don't want you!
I don't need you!
Why don't we just call it a day?
Hmm-mmm?
Were always fussin!
Lord, it's disgustin!
(disgustinyeah!yeah!yeah!yeah!)
Leave me, Baby, and let me go my merry way!
Cause every evenin,
You talk about leavin
Don't come home
Till the dawn.
That's alright now,
It was useless anyhow.
Well, Baby, when you get back here I'll be gone.
I say when you met me,
I was a happy, happy man!
(ooooh-ooohbut you messed up)
My every plan.
So I don't want you!
I don't need you!
You didn't love me anyway.
(anyway)
What are we livin for?
Always tryin to start a war?
Leave me, Baby, and let me go my merry way!
Let me go my merry way!
