Urge Overkill è un duo alternativo rock formatosi a Chicago nel 1989. Il gruppo, composto da Nathan "Nash Kato" Kaatrud (voce e chitarra) ed Eddie "King" Roeser (voce, chitarra e basso), ha raggiunto il successo internazionale negli anni '90 con il loro sound energico e i testi ironici. Il loro album di debutto, *The Age of TAINT*, uscito nel 1990, segnò l'inizio della loro ascesa.
