Eliane Elias (nata il 19 marzo 1960 a San Paolo del Brasile) è una pianista, arrangiatrice, cantante e compositrice brasiliana di jazz. Considerata una delle più importanti figure della musica jazz contemporanea, Elias ha conquistato fama internazionale per la sua tecnica raffinata al pianoforte, la sua voce calda e sensuale e le sue originali composizioni che fondono elementi del jazz con influenze latine e brasiliane. Iniziò a studiare musica all'età di sette anni e si perfezionò presso il Conservatorio di San Paolo. Nel 1980 si trasferì negli Stati Uniti, dove ha collaborato con artisti di spicco come Stan Getz, Toots Thielemans e Chick Corea. Ha pubblicato oltre venti album in carriera, tra cui "Live at the Blue Note" (2003), "The Dance of Time" (2010) e "Revolutions" (2018). Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi ricordiamo "Brazilian Rhapsody", "Agua de Beber" e "Saravah". Elias è stata premiata con numerosi riconoscimenti, tra cui il Grammy Award per la migliore performance jazz strumentale nel 2004.
