pain
is a funny thing
it makes you realize
that you can't stand pain
fight
in a serious way
it makes you understand
what your living for
blood has a way
of making man choose sides
we chose late
now there's nowhere to hide
nothing to do but fight
life
is a funny thing
if I threaten yours
it makes you want to fight
love
is a beautiful thing
it makes you understand
what your living for
blood has a way
of making man choose sides
we chose late
now there's nowhere to hide
nothing to do but fight
blood has a way
of making man choose sides
we chose late
now there's nowhere to hide
nothing to do,
nothing to do,
nothing to do but
fuck you up yeah
My Sister's Machine was an American grunge band formed in Seattle in 1989. The founding and constant members of the group were Nick Pollock (vocals), Owen Wright (guitar), Chris Ivanovich (bass) and Chris Gohde (drums). Their sound was characterized by heavy sounds, distorted guitar riffs and introspective lyrics that reflected the dark and disillusioned atmosphere of the grunge era. 1990 saw the release of their debut album, "The Machine", followed by "My Sister's Machine" in 1992. Despite critical acclaim and a decent fan following, the band did not reach the peak of popularity of their more famous contemporaries. In 1994 they disbanded after releasing the album "The Last Machine". Among the most representative songs of the group are "My Sister's Machine", "The Machine" and "Last Call".
