Call it panic or a mistake
I never really thought about what I'd take
Either way, I chose to disregard you
I'm all in a knot, and I guess I messed up
I went from caring to not giving a fuck
And I'll never find a way to say I'm sorry
'cause I could hear you,
And I could see you,
If I could've been here at another time
If I would've said something,
Done something,
Let you in at the time
And now I'm lost out here, astray
I need so badly what I threw away
If you could read my mind, would you even bother?
So I'll just sit here drugged and dumb,
Pretending like I'm having fun
A campfire my remedy for having nothing, nothing better
Now I'm cold, I'm hot
I'm warm, I'm not
I'm heavy, but I'm a feather
I'm high, I'm low
I really don't know
I can't pull myself together
If I would've said something at the time
If I really would've known you
Known me
Marble is a Japanese musical duo formed in 1999 as The Student's. Members Micco and Tatsuya Kikuchi met and became friends while studying at a music school. Kikuchi was the main musical support for Micco, who was working as a solo artist at the time. As they got to know each other better, they decided that they could create better music together, forming The Student's. After being signed to Warner Music Group's indie label in 1999, they released two albums but increasingly focused on producing for other artists, gradually reducing their own activities. However, the desire to write and perform their own music returned, and to commemorate this change in attitude, they renamed themselves 'marble' in 2003 and played shows with a backing band, but split from the band in 2005, and Micco and Kikuchi continued performing as a duo. Some of the group's most representative songs include "The World", "Aoi Sora" and "Kimi no Uta".

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
