Kraftwerk è un gruppo musicale tedesco di musica elettronica, formatosi a Düsseldorf nel 1970. Considerati pionieri del genere synth-pop e dell'elettronica sperimentale, hanno influenzato profondamente la musica moderna, dal rock alla techno passando per il pop. Il loro sound caratteristico è definito da ritmi pulsanti, melodie sintetiche e testi spesso incentrati su temi futuriistici, tecnologici e sociali. Tra i membri fondatori si annoverano Ralf Hütter e Florian Schneider, che hanno guidato il gruppo attraverso diverse fasi evolutive. Negli anni '70, Kraftwerk ha esplorato sonorità minimaliste e sperimentali con album come "Autobahn" (1974) e "Radio-Activity" (1975), introducendo l'uso di sintetizzatori e drum machine in modo innovativo.
