Ken Stringfellow è un musicista statunitense nato il 30 ottobre 1968. È noto soprattutto per il suo lavoro con i The Posies, i R.E.M. e la reunion dei Big Star. Stringfellow ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '80 con i The Posies, band indie rock di Seattle. Con loro ha pubblicato diversi album di successo, tra cui "Failure" (1990) e "Frosting on the Beater" (1996). Nel corso degli anni '90, Stringfellow ha collaborato con vari artisti, tra cui i R.E.M., per i quali ha suonato chitarra in alcuni album e tour.
