Helix è una band canadese di hard rock/heavy metal formatasi nel 1974. Sono noti soprattutto per il loro singolo del 1984 "Rock You". La formazione originale era composta dal batterista Bruce Arnold, dal cantante Brian Vollmer, dai chitarristi Ron Watson e Rick "Minstrel" Trembley, dal tastierista Don Simmons e dal bassista Keith "Bert" Zurbrigg. La formazione più famosa, però, quella che ha inciso "Rock You", è stata quella degli anni '80: Vollmer al canto, accompagnato dai chitarristi Brent "The Doctor" Doerner e Paul Hackman, dal bassista Daryl Gray e dal batterista Greg "Fritz" Hinz.
