Wollte so die Wahrheit verschleiern

Das Kind Liesbeth Röntgen war nicht wenig dumm
Es bastelte schon früh mit Stromdrähten rum

Noch römisches Erdreich aushub
Werkelte sie in ihrem Laboratorium

Beendete ein Schock ihr argloses Tun
Sie entdeckte geheimnisvolle Strahlen
Die für sie tödlich waren.
Wilhelm Konrad Röntgen, ihr Ehemann
Nahm sich heimlich ihrer Formeln an
Wurde erfolgreich und als Mensch gemein
