Manuel "Manny" Charlton (Barcelona, October 26, 1945) is a Spanish guitarist and composer known for being a founding member of the British rock band Nazareth. Charlton began his musical career in the 1960s in Spain before moving to London in 1968. With his blues-rock style influenced by Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, Charlton became a fundamental element of Nazareth's distinctive sound. The band achieved international success with albums like *Loud 'n' Proud* (1973) and *Hair of the Dog* (1975), which produced hits such as "Love Hurts", "Broken Down Angel" and "The Party Don't Start Till I Walk In".
