The Rockfords are a musical project formed in Seattle in 1990 by five friends who had already achieved success with their respective bands: Carrie Akre, Chris Friel and Danny Newcomb of Goodness, Mike McCready of Pearl Jam and Rick Friel of Jodie Watts.
