The Firebird Band is an indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 1996 as a side project by Chris Broach, known for his work with Braid, and his brother Riley Broach. Their first release was a 7" single titled "New York", released in 1998 under the name The Firebird Suite.
