Once I had my heroes
Once I had my dreams
But all of that is changed now
Gets twisted inside out
The truth is not that comfortable, no
No
And Mother taught us patience
The virtues of restraint
And Father taught us boundaries
In honor we must go
The vanity will colour us, yeah
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when it all gets blown away
That's when I reach for my revolver
That feeling passes by this way
A friend of mine once told me
His one and only aim
To build a giant castle
And in it sign his name
The silence whispers me and you in chains ???
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when it all gets blown away
That's when I reach for my revolver
That feeling passes by this way
Yeah
And now the sky is empty
But that is nothing new
The dead eyes look upon us
And they tell me we're nothing but things ???
That's when I reach for my revolver (but things)
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when I reach for my revolver
That's when I reach for my revolver
Catherine Wheel was a British alternative rock band formed in Great Yarmouth, England, in 1990. Active until 2000, the band experienced fluctuating levels of commercial success and embarked on many lengthy tours. Their sound was characterized by heavy riffs, catchy melodies, and introspective lyrics, influenced by American grunge and the tradition of British rock. Among their most notable songs are "Chrome", "Black Maria" and "C'mon The Revolution". Catherine Wheel released four studio albums: "Ferment", "Happy Days", "The 3rd Sense" and "Wishbone", the latter considered their most mature work. The band disbanded in 2000, but its members continued to collaborate on independent music projects.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
