Two inches of water in a lonely ditch was the grave for Ira Hayes.

Richard Samet Friedman, better known as Kinky Friedman, was an American singer-songwriter, author, journalist, and politician. Born in New York in 1944, Friedman spent his childhood in Texas, where he developed a passion for country and western music.
